How quickly does Brain Wave work? 

Brain Wave can cause an almost immediate uplift in some individuals, many people experience the benefits within a few days, however most people will notice changes within 3 to 4 weeks of regular consumption. We recommend taking our product for at least 4 weeks as your response will vary depending on individual factors such as your own absorption abilities, stress levels and adrenal health.

Can children take Brain Wave? 

Yes! Children from 12 years and above can safely take Brain Wave. Children 12-15 years take 1 capsule daily with food and children 16 years and above take 2 capsules daily with food, or as otherwise prescribed by a healthcare professional.

How do I take it? 

For adults 16 years and above, take 2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised. We recommend taking Brain Wave at the same time each day to help build routine and consistency in order to see results. It can be taken at any time of the day that suits your routine, however we enjoy taking ours in the morning to help prepare us for the day ahead.

For Children 12-15 years, take 1 capsule daily with food or as professionally advised.
