At times, we offer high-demand products on a pre-order basis. 

Typically, we wait until products are on their way to us before offering these items on pre-order terms.

- If you order any in-stock item/s, we will hold these and ship your entire order when all items are available. If you would like a stocked items sooner we advise you place these in a separate order.

- You are welcome to use any of our payment plan services including Afterpay, Laybuy and Humm when pre-ordering your items. Your payment plan will commence immediately.

- The date/s specified refers to the date we estimate your order to arrive to us. Normal courier times outside of this apply.

- Occasionally there are delays outside of our control. This could be delays in freight, customs or otherwise. Dispatch dates are subject to change. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing for a special date & if in doubt, get in touch with us prior to ordering.
