We are excited to be able to offer a price match promise to our loyal customers. We know that at times you may be able to find our products cheaper, so to show you how loyal we are to you, we aim to price match our competitors prices. Read below for t's & c's.
Mom Store Match Terms and Conditions
- Our price match guarantee excludes consumable products (nappies, wipes, formula) & also excludes products that have been discontinued, gift with purchase products or pre-order products.
- Mom Store Match applies to items priced over $100 NZD only.
- Price match guarantee applies to both online and in store purchases at Mom Store.
- Competitive price must be from a New Zealand based, baby store retailer. International retailer pricing will not be accepted.
- Price must be current and available for us to view on the competitors website or other advertising material
- The competitor must have the item/s in stock & ready to dispatch from New Zealand.
- Product must be the exact same brand, item/model, colour and size if applicable. Older models or different colours will not be accepted for price matching.
- We do not price match custom orders, quotes or verbal offers from other retailers or distributors
- We do not match the prices of companies that are in liquidation, deal sites, auction sites, expos or marketplaces.
- All price matching would include the competitor's delivery fee if applicable
- We do not price match adveritising errors or misprints.
- Price matching excludes member only pricing including loyalty rewards on other retailers websites, coupons and cashback offers.
- No further discounts, vouchers, loyalty rewards, specials or other promo offers are able to be applied to price matched items.
- Product/s must be brand new in boxes - ex-display stock from a competitor can not be price matched.
- Our price match policy cannot be used in conjunction with any other Mom Store promotion including loyalty rewards.
- Matched price is only available at time of purchase, must be paid in full on the day requested.
- Mom Store reserve the right to refuse a price match at any time.
- Mom Store reserves the right not to match online only retailers.
- Mom Store will not match Parallel, or Direct Importing sites or marketplace websites.
- Mom Store Match cannot be applied to a prior purchase or an existing pre-order
- Mom Store Price Match Policy will be applied at the discretion of Mom Store and we reserve the right to refuse a Price Match request or limit the sale quantity. Mom Store may also alter or terminate this Policy at any time and without notice.
